Carol Wilson has been our realtor and property manager for over four years. Her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional. She has attended to our needs and desires for the length of our relationship and she insures our properties and holdings are leased to the most eligible families. I got a job in Ridgecrest and fortunately was close enough to drive out for the weekend to house-hunt.  A large realty company was the only one I could find online without knowing the area.  I called them and set up an appointment.  When I arrived in town, my appointment had changed to a 'maybe'.  I drove around town looking for places, and my appointment looked less and less likely to happen.  Along the way I picked up the local newspaper, saw an ad for a house for rent, called about it and twenty minutes later Carol Wilson from Wilson & Associates Real Estate Services, was showing me the property.  We agreed on the spot, and I moved in a couple of weeks later.  The large realty company called me back 3 days after I'd been back at my old place.

 

Since then Carol's been very easy to work with.  Always friendly, always prompt, always helpful, like when I locked myself out of the house a few days after I'd moved in, she showed up in fifteen minutes to let me back in.  On the rare occasion something's broken, a handyman is in touch with me usually within a couple of hours.

 

I've heard a lot of horror stories about landlords and leasing agents being very difficult to work with, but I'm very happy to say that this has not been my experience.  If it turns out that I need to move, I sincerely hope that Wilson & Associates will be representing that property as well.
