New Applications:
If you are interested in renting one of our available rental properties, please call 760-446-5959 to request our rental applciation.  You must complete the application and return it to us along with the $30 applciation fee.

Rent Payments:
All payments are due on or before the 1st of each month.  All payments must be in the form of a bank check directly from your bank. (Auto Bill Pay). Payments are late after the 5th of the month and a late charge of $50.00 will be imposed.
